Rebuilding Foundations was founded by Antionette Chambers, a licensed Realtor and social impact professional with a unique background in both real estate and social work. As the owner of Elevated Horizons, she provides real estate consulting services that go beyond buying and selling homes, helping individuals and families make decisions that support long-term stability and growth.

As a R.E.D. Fellow in the Real Estate Developer Academy, she is committed to expanding access to safe, sustainable and affordable housing. She believes a home should be both a place of refuge and a source of value.

Her mission is to bridge the gap between housing access and life stability—building wealth while building impact.
